St Patrick's Day Breakfast with Burren Smokehouse
A quick breakfast from Ireland for St Patrick's Day tomorrow. Smoked Salmon from Burren on top of toasted bagels and cream cheese. Incredibly simple but complexly delicious!
Burren Smokehouse is an award winning, family business dating back three generations and based in Lisdoonvarna, Republic of Ireland. Their salmon is sourced from the wild and pure waters of the Atlantic Ocean and coupled with a slow smoking technique patented specially for their smoking ovens you are rewarded with a salmon that has a unique flavour (no sugar is added and a low salt content is maintained) delicate and healthy.
And if you are looking to increase you Omega3 intake, along with protein and vitamins B6 and B12 then look no further. Smoked salmon is a great way to get these.
It is always a pleasure to have Burren smoked salmon for breakfast or indeed any time.
