Greek Gods Yoghurt

If you are looking for a creamy and delicious snack loaded with protein and good for you, look no further!

The Greek gods have certainly smiled down from their high places and sent us an incredibly good yogurt. 

Originally produced by three friends in the USA, their Greek heritage ensuring authentic Mediterranean methods of yogurt-making are maintained, making Greek Gods fabulously thick and full of taste, just like the Gods intended.

The yoghurt is almost like a panna cotta it is so thick  but with fewer calories than more traditional, luxury dairy products, making it an ideal substitute for cream.

I was asked to try the new small pots of Greek Gods yogurt now available in Sainsburys and other outlets in the new smaller 175g size along with the original large 450g pots.

The little pots are the perfect size for a snack in the afternoon or I often take mine to work with me.
