Secret Sausages
Tonight we are having Secret Sausages for our dinner along with baked sweet potatoes and an iceberg lettuce with olive oil and balsamic dressing.
Secret Sausages are vegetables in disguise! They have 90% less fat, 50% fewer calories and 35% less salt than normal 'meat' sausages. Eat three of them and you are at your 5-a-day with ease!
Tonight we had 'Honey Bee', packed full of sweetcorn, carrots, peas and honey and they were crunchy and tasty and required only a short shallow fry but of course you could grill or oven cook.
We have Chilli and Corriander still to try but you can also get Cheese & Spring Onion, Rosemary & Garlic, Cumberland and Lincolnshire.
There is loads of info on the pack along with cooking suggetions and ingredients.
To find out more and where you can get these click here. You can also follow them on Twitter and Facebook.
I was given the two varieties to taste and all opinions are my own.

Ooh - I love the names, but I like the sound of them t eat too. I hate "fake meat" but like vegetable replacements. Do you think they'd hold together on a BBQ? Could you make Toad in the hole with them?
